Service Description
During this appointment, we’ll assess your fit and make adjustments to improve comfort and performance. That could include customizing your footbeds, heat-molding liners, or adjusting the pressure points on your shells. Please note: if your boots aren’t the correct size, we won’t be able to make proper adjustments. Keepin’ it transparent — some fees apply! See the chart for the breakdown.

Bootfitting Appointment Booking Policy (AKA: How to Get Your Feet in the Right Boots Without Any Drama) Hey there, snow lover! We’re stoked you’re ready to get serious about happy feet. A good bootfit is a total game-changer — and we’re here to make sure you walk (and ski) away feeling like you just met your sole-mate. Here’s the lowdown on booking a bootfitting appointment with us: Why Book an Appointment? Because your feet deserve undivided attention. Our bootfitters are part gear geek, part wizard, and full-time foot whisperers. Booking ahead ensures you get one-on-one time to dial in the perfect fit. Appointments typically run 60–90 minutes, depending on how picky your feet are (no judgment). What to Bring (Besides Your Glorious Self): • Your current boots (if you’ve got ’em) • Ski socks — the ones you actually ski in • Custom footbeds or insoles, if you use them • A good attitude and maybe a snack (bootfitting burns calories) Cancellations & Time Karma We get it — life happens. But if you can’t make it, please give us a heads-up at least 24 hours in advance. It helps us keep things running smoothly and gives someone else the chance to snag your spot. No-shows and last-minute cancellations make our bootfitters sad (and sometimes hangry), so let’s keep the stoke alive by being on time. Walk-Ins Welcome (Sort Of) Walk-ins are cool if we’ve got a bootfitter free — but during busy times (which is most of the season), we strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment and cold toes.
